1. When Can You Cancel an Order?

You may request cancellation only before our artist starts working on your artwork.

A cancellation is allowed if:

1. The artist has not yet begun sketching or designing
2. No draft or sample has been sent to you
3. The order was placed by mistake and reported immediately

If the cancellation request is approved, a refund will be issued after deducting payment gateway charges (if applicable).

2. When Cancellation Is NOT Possible

A cancellation cannot be accepted if:

1. The artist has already started the artwork
2. Drafts, previews, or final files have been created or shared
3. The customer delays responses and later wants to cancel
4. The customer changes their mind after seeing the artwork
5. The customer wants a different theme or style after work has begun
6. The order was placed with incorrect details or unclear photos

In such cases, the order will continue as per the original instructions.

3. For Printed Products

For orders that include printed frames or physical gifts:

1. Cancellation is not possible once the product is sent for printing or has been dispatched.
2. If the product is already in transit, cancellation cannot be approved.

4. No Cancellation for Digital Delivery Orders

1. If the artwork is digital-only, and the artist has started working, cancellation is not allowed.
2. Digital files are custom-created, so the order becomes non-cancellable once designing begins.

5. Accidental Duplicate Orders

If you accidentally placed the same order twice:

1. Inform us within 1 hour of placing the order.
2. If work has not started, the duplicate order can be cancelled and refunded.

6. Refund After Cancellation

1. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days.
2. Payment gateway charges and service fees may be deducted from the refund amount.
