1. Types of Delivery
a. Digital Delivery (Soft Copy)
- Delivered directly to WhatsApp and/or Email.
- Delivery format: JPG/PNG/PDF (as per customer requirement).
- Digital orders are delivered instantly once the artwork is completed and approved.
b. Printed Delivery (Hard Copy)
- Applies to printed frames, posters, table-tops, or personalized gift items.
- Delivered PAN India through trusted courier partners.
2. Digital Delivery Timeline
- Standard delivery: 24–48 hours
- Express same-day delivery: Available on selected designs
- Delivery time may vary based on complexity, number of characters, or theme details.
Once completed, digital files are sent instantly.
3. Printed Delivery Timeline
- Metro Cities: 3–5 working days
- Non-Metro/Small Cities: 4–7 working days
- Remote Areas: 6–10 working days
Shipping timelines may vary due to:
- Courier delays
- Weather conditions
- Festival seasons
- Government restrictions
We always provide tracking details once the order is shipped.
4. Shipping Charges
- Digital Orders: Free delivery (no shipping charge).
- Printed Orders: Shipping charges vary based on size, weight, and delivery location.
- Shipping charges will be shown at checkout before final payment.
5. Order Processing Time
- Printed orders are packed and handed over to the courier within 24–48 hours after artwork approval.
- Orders placed during holidays or festivals may take extra processing time.
6. Tracking Information
- Once your printed product is dispatched, we share:
- Tracking ID
- Courier partner details
- Tracking link
You can monitor live status until delivery.
7. Delivery Address
Customers must ensure the correct address, phone number, PIN code, and name while placing an order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused due to:
- Incorrect address
- Missing phone number
- Customer unavailable at the time of delivery
Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.
8. Damaged or Defective Delivery
If your printed product arrives damaged:
- A full unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement
- Damage must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
- Approved cases will receive a free replacement
- Refunds are not issued for printed products — only replacements
9. International Shipping
Currently, printed products are available only PAN India.
Digital delivery is available worldwide.
10. Delays Beyond Our Control
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier logistics issues
- Weather disruptions
- Festivals/holidays
- Lockdowns or government restrictions
- Incorrect customer information
Such delays do not qualify for refunds.
