CaricatureWala (“we”, “our”, “us”) provides customised caricature artwork, personalised gifts, and related services.

By using our website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these terms.

2. Customisation & Artwork

1. All caricatures are custom-made based on the photos and details provided by the customer.
2. The final artwork is created as per the customer’s chosen style/theme.
3. The customer must provide clear, high-quality photos for best results.
4. Colors, expressions, and caricature style may vary slightly depending on the design.
5. Once artwork is delivered, minor revisions are allowed (pose or full rework changes may have additional charges).

3. Order & Payment

1. Orders are processed only after full payment.
2. Prices listed on the website may change without prior notice.
3. Customer must provide accurate order details, contact information, and shipping address.

4. Delivery Policy

Digital Delivery

1. Digital caricatures are delivered via WhatsApp/email.
2. Standard delivery time varies from same-day to 48 hours (based on the design).

Printed Delivery

1. Printed frames/gifts are shipped PAN India through trusted courier partners.
2. Delivery timelines are usually 3–7 working days depending on the location.
3. We are not responsible for courier delays caused by logistics, weather, or regional issues.

5. Returns, Refunds & Cancellation

1. Since caricatures are custom-made, no refunds or returns are applicable once work has started.
2. Cancellations are only accepted before an artist begins the artwork.
3. Refunds are not applicable for:
4. Change of mind
5. Incorrect photo submitted by the customer
6. Delay caused due to customer unresponsiveness
7. Minor artistic variations
8. Damaged or defective printed deliveries must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with unboxing video proof.

6. Customer Responsibilities

By placing an order, customers agree to:

1. Provide correct details and clear reference photos
2. Respond promptly for approvals and revisions
3. Not use copyrighted images without permission
4. Allow us reasonable time for designing

7. Copyright & Usage Rights

1. All artwork created by CaricatureWala is protected under copyright.
2. We may use completed artworks for marketing or portfolio purposes unless the customer requests otherwise in writing.
3. Customers may use the artwork for personal use only.
4. Re-selling, modifying, or distributing our artwork commercially is strictly prohibited.

8. Privacy & Data Security

1. All customer data, photos, and order details are kept fully confidential.
2. Photos are used ONLY for creating artwork and are never shared outside the team.

9. Limitations of Liability

CaricatureWala is not responsible for:

1. Delays caused by customer in providing information
2. Customer dissatisfaction due to subjective preference
3. External courier delays
4. Use of artwork beyond personal purposes

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing them periodically.
