⭐ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY – CaricatureWala by AdeshAnusaar
At CaricatureWala by AdeshAnusaar, all our products are custom-made, designed exactly according to the customer’s photos and instructions. Since each artwork is created specially for you, our refund and cancellation rules are slightly different from regular stores.
Please read the policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Refund on Customised Products
- All caricature artworks, digital files, and personalised products are non-refundable once the design process has begun.
- Refunds cannot be issued for dissatisfaction due to subjective preference (e.g., “I expected a different style”).
- Customised items are made exclusively for you and cannot be reused or resold.
2. Order Cancellation
You may request cancellation only before our artist starts working on your artwork.
Cancellation is NOT possible if:
- The artist has already started sketching or designing.
- The customer has already received a draft or final output.
- Work has been delayed due to the customer's late responses.
If accepted, approved cancellations will be refunded after deduction of payment gateway charges (if any).
3. Revision Policy
- We offer minor revisions free of cost, such as small adjustments in colours, expressions, or details.
- Major changes like pose change, re-sketching, adding new characters, or theme change may incur additional charges.
4. Damaged or Defective Printed Products
For printed frames or physical gifts:
- If the product arrives damaged, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear unboxing video is mandatory to claim replacement.
- If approved, we will reship a new product at no extra cost.
- No refunds are issued — only replacements for damaged items.
5. Incorrect or Low-Quality Photos
Refunds or free redelivery will NOT be provided if:
- The customer uploads unclear, blurred, edited, filtered, or low-quality photos.
- The final output differs due to poor photo input.
- Customer gives wrong instructions or changes instructions after completion.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Delay in customer responses for approval
- Incorrect address or contact details
- Courier delays (weather, regional issues, holidays, etc.)
Such delays do not qualify for refunds or cancellations.
7. Digital Delivery Issues
- Once the digital file is delivered to the customer’s WhatsApp/email, it cannot be refunded.
- If the customer doesn’t download or save the file on time, they can request a re-send at no extra charge.
8. Duplicate Orders
If you accidentally placed duplicate orders:
- Inform us within 1 hour with proof.
- We will cancel and refund the extra order if work has NOT started.
9. Change of Mind
Refunds are NOT applicable for:
- Change of mind
- Choosing the wrong theme
- Wanting a different style after completion
