1. No Returns on Customised Products

1. All caricatures, digital artworks, and personalised printed items are non-returnable.
2. Since each order is created using the customer’s photos and instructions, it cannot be reused, resold, or returned.

2. Return Accepted Only for Damaged Printed Products

We only accept returns or replacements if the printed product (frame, print, personalised gift item) arrives damaged or defective.

A return/replacement is valid only if:

1. The customer records an unboxing video clearly showing the damage.
2. The claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
3. The product was damaged during transit or arrived in defective condition.

If approved, we will ship a replacement product at no extra cost.

Refunds are not issued for damaged items — only replacements.

3. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns cannot be accepted in the following situations:

1. Customer does not provide an unboxing video
2. Damage reported after 24 hours
3. Minor variations in colour or artwork details
4. Customer provided low-quality or unclear photos
5. Customer changes their mind after receiving the product
6. Customer wants a different theme or style after completion
7. Delay caused due to customer not responding on time

4. Digital Products Are Non-Returnable

1. Digital caricatures, soft copy files, and delivered artwork files cannot be returned under any condition.
2. Once the digital file is delivered, it is considered final.

5. Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

Returns due to incorrect address or unreachable customer are not eligible for refund or replacement.

A reshipment fee will apply if the customer wants the product re-delivered.

6. Return Procedure

If your printed product arrives damaged:

1. Record a full unboxing video from the moment you open the package.

3. Our team will review the video.
4. If approved, a replacement will be dispatched within 48 hours.
